The problem

Feedback lives in one tab, the agent in another

Teams paste quotes into chat windows by hand. The agent sees a fragment, loses the company and the revenue behind it, and nobody knows what was shared.

  • Copying quotes loses who said them and what they pay
  • Each tool keeps its own copy of the context
  • Nobody knows which agent had access to what

How it works

Three simple steps

  1. 1

    An admin turns it on

AI agents are off in every workspace until an admin enables them in Settings → Integrations.

  2. 2

    Paste one URL

Add the server URL in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor. The client registers itself.

  3. 3

    Pick the workspace

The member signs in, chooses a workspace and allows read-only access.

  4. 4

    Ask from where you work

The agent reads needs, feedback, companies and contacts and answers with the context attached.

A closer look

How access works

  1. Switched on per workspace

AI agents are off by default, on hosted and on Enterprise. An admin turns them on, and turning them off refuses every request until they are on again.

    • Off by default in every workspace
    • Who may connect is a permission: owner, admin and member by default
    • An audit entry for every enable, disable, approval and revocation
  2. Standard OAuth sign-in

The client opens the sign-in page in the browser. The member picks the workspace and allows read-only access. No API keys to pass around.

    • Works with Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor
    • Tokens are bound to your workspace address
    • Rate limits per connection and per workspace
  3. Only what the member may read

Feedback, companies and contacts need the same read permission the web app checks; revenue needs its own. Tools the user cannot use are not offered to the agent.

    • The same permissions as the web app
    • Revenue only with the revenue permission
    • Members revoke their own connections; admins see everyone’s

What you get

Why teams use it

  • Read-only by design

An agent can read. It cannot create, change or delete anything.

  • Each member’s own permissions

An agent sees what its user may see in the app. Revenue only with that permission.

  • Works with any MCP client

Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or anything that speaks the protocol.

  • Revoke in one click

Members see their own connections, admins see everyone’s, and removing a member cuts the agent off.
