The dashboard and navigation

The dashboard gives you a quick read on your feedback, and the sidebar takes you to every other part of the product. This article explains what you will see.
The dashboard
Your dashboard shows how feedback is flowing in: how much has arrived over time, which sources it comes from, which product areas it lands in, and how many items are waiting for your review. Use it to spot changes in volume or a source that has gone quiet.
The setup checklist
New workspaces see a Finish setup checklist with six steps:
- Try one piece of feedback.
- Add product context.
- Map product areas.
- Connect a feedback source.
- Review the first suggestions.
- Name an opportunity.
Steps complete on their own when the work is done. Only one step is expanded at a time. You can skip a step or dismiss the whole checklist if you have it covered. Owners and Admins can skip and dismiss. While the checklist is visible, a Finish setup card at the bottom of the sidebar shows your progress from any page.
The sidebar
- Feedback. Every customer item. Inside it you find Review for suggestions waiting on a decision, and New feedback to add something.
- Opportunities. Customer problems ranked by priority.
- Solutions. Delivery options linked to opportunities.
- Companies. The accounts behind your feedback, with revenue if you can see it.
- Analyst. Ask questions about your evidence.
- Explore. Write a hypothesis and check it against your signals.
- Reports. Filterable reports with exports.
Personal shortcuts such as Mentions, Watching, Owned by me and My areas sit near the top. Product Areas you follow appear as their own group, and you can pin saved views.
Saved views and filters
On lists, add filters, sort and save the result as a view. Views are private by default. You can share one with the workspace or make it private again from its menu.
What you see depends on your role
Buttons and menus appear only when you have permission to use them. A Viewer sees fewer actions than a Member. Settings sections you cannot use are hidden.
Tips
- Check Review first each day. It is the queue that keeps your data trustworthy.
- Use Watching to follow opportunities and solutions you care about.
- If a section is missing, ask an Owner or Admin about your role.
Still stuck?
Ask the Analyst inside the app. It answers from your own evidence and from these guides.
