Workspace settings

Settings is where you shape how your workspace behaves. Each section has its own permission, and you only see the sections you can use. If a section is missing, ask an Owner about your role.
General
Rename the workspace, choose a display currency, pick ARR or MRR for company revenue and set the time zone used for scheduled emails such as the Monday weekly digest at 8:00. The workspace address is read-only. Only the Owner can delete the workspace. Needs: workspace settings.
Custom fields
Create fields for opportunities and solutions, and for companies, such as a customer segment or target quarter. Deleting a field removes its values everywhere. Needs: fields.
Integrations
Connect capture sources and tools: Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, Gong, email forwarding, review sites, HubSpot, Linear and Jira. This is also where paired Mac apps and browser extensions are listed and revoked. Needs: integrations.
Announcements
Choose Slack channels for opt-in posts about new feedback, new solution ideas and released solutions. Needs: integrations.
Priority
Adjust the six weights behind the priority score. They always total 100%. Saving re-scores active opportunities. Needs: priority.
AI linking
Auto-proposing links is always on. Auto-commit is off by default, and its confidence threshold can be set between 72% and 99% (default 86%). Needs: AI linking.
Product context
Add your landing page, knowledge base or written notes so the Analyst understands your product. Needs: product context.
Product areas
Build the nested tree of areas and set their owners. Needs: product areas.
Broadcasts
Edit the message templates used on the Tell customers screen, in English or Polish. Needs: workspace settings.
AI agents (MCP)
Turn on read-only access for AI agents and review connections. Needs: integrations.
Roles and Team
Create roles, invite people and change who has which role. Needs: roles, and team management.
Billing
Credits, subscription, top-ups, review listing slots and the Stripe portal. Needs: billing.
Saving and permissions
Each save checks its own permission. A direct link to a section you cannot use shows a not-found page. The Settings link opens the first section you are allowed to use.
Account settings
Your own name, photo and handle are edited from your profile, not workspace settings. Your sign-in email is locked. Install the Mac app and browser extension from Account › Apps. The interface is available in English and Polish.
Good to know
- The workspace address cannot change, and ownership cannot yet be transferred.
- Pending invitations can have their role changed but not be revoked.
- Changes to priority weights do not create a decision entry.
Still stuck?
Ask the Analyst inside the app. It answers from your own evidence and from these guides.
